Need a label with your own logo printed on it? Custom printed labels are available for virtually all our labels. Minimum order for most custom labels is 5 cases. We utilize the Pantone® Matching System to mix any color you want for your custom labels. You'll need to provide artwork of your existing label or a or digital graphics so we can produce a proof for your approval. More information on custom labels can be found below.

LABEL INFORMATION: We use Label materials that meet or exceed original equipment manufacturers suggested requirements. Adhesives used on stock labels are standard cold temperature with application temperature rating of 14 to 120 degrees F. Service temperature rating of -60F to 130 degrees F.

Sometimes it's challenging to find a product that works in "normal" application conditions, let alone when cold is involved. Frozen food packaging can be difficult; fortunately,uslabel.net has an adhesive specifically designed for these demanding substrates and their environments. Whether it's for varnished paperboard, flexible packaging, clamshells, or waxed corrugate; applied in freezer conditions or at room temperature and then blast frozen; placed directly on the food packaging or on the boxes used to distribute the product. Your label needs to work - even if it's an irregularly-shaped package with frost or moisture on it.

TERMS USED:

STOCK - The minimum order for stock labels is six cases. We maintains stock of most of the stock labels on this web site and usually can ship orders next business day, occasionally we are out of stock and it will take longer to deliver. The printing of labels, even stock labels,takes 10 to 14 days so if you don't have at least a 2 week supply of your label, please email us at rh@uslabel.net or call 888-933-8498 and check inventory.

STANDARD - A STANDARD label is normally in stock. Minimum order is 6 cases. Lead-time to ship for STANDARD labels is generally 1 to 2 working days.

CUSTOM - Minimum quantity on custom labels is 5 cases. Custom labels allow for changes of the stock format and colors of any label on this web site. Custom labels will require artwork to be created, proof approval, creation of printing plates and manufacture of labels.We operate a in-house art and plate making departments to ensure quality. First time custom label orders generally take 2-3 weeks (longer if artwork approval is slow) while reorders are shipped within 7-10 working days. All CUSTOM label orders are subject to a 10% over/under run. CUSTOM labels will have a $79 per color (4 colors maximum) artwork and plate charge added to the first order. Backside timing marks where required are provided at no additional charge. We use the Pantone® Matching System to match colors, there is no charge for standard custom colors.

How to create a CUSTOM label:

If you already have a custom label you can send us 5 or more labels which we can duplicate. Send us digital artwork of your custom label. Be sure to list colors by Pantone number, if available. For text only, send us the text you would like to insert on the label as well as the colors.
