Dispensa-Matic DM-II Label Dispensers: are heavy-duty semi-automatic electric label dispenser for labels from 2"-15" widths x any length. These label dispensers advances at over 4" per second standard (Faster than so called High-Speed machines from competitors). DM-II machines are specifically designed not to wind up waste paper. This allows the user to dispense rolls up to 15" Diameter (large roll adapter) without changing the waste! Loading is a "snap", just feed the labels between the dispensing tables then through the patented feed-roll assembly and "snap" into place. Dispensa-Matic DM-II dispensers are available in 2 versions. Choose either Micro-Switch branded switches, made in USA to our specifications, or name brand photoelectric sensor with integrated IR pulsing technology. The Photo interrupter contains an onboard IC which sends a precision pulse into the Infrared emitting diode, in varying wavelength. This signal is received by a silicon photo diode and bipolar IC signal processing circuit which processes the incoming light. If the incoming light matches the outgoing signal an object is present, therefore there are no false triggers, or non-triggers! Our Photo Interrupter or Micro-Switch can detect any kind of label. CLEAR LABELS, Mylar, Foil, Holographic, etc, etc. If it can be peeled, our machine will dispense it! Our new double pivot design, and sensor combination can be positioned for even the smallest of labels, while remaining far out of the way so labels are easy to grasp. 3 YEAR FULL WARRANTY! There are 3 versions: 6-II (up to 5.5" width), 10-II (up to 9.5" widths), and 16-II (up to 15.5" width!) Butt cut, or die cut compatible! Multiple row compatible. The peel edge is hand milled to spec within .001" using a special hand-made cutting tool to get that perfect peeling edge needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper. (35 years of perfecting the peeling action) Dispensing tables are POLISHED with ultra-fine polishing compound so paper flows freely around the plate. (We do NOT use cheap teflon tape that will peel off over time!) The DM-II motor is a shaded pole AC motor, and is also made in the USA to our specifications.
